Lisa Gaither is a commissioned-based artist in Raleigh, North Carolina. She is self-taught and has been creating her entire life. Lisa started her career in graphic design and printing, and in 1996 she decided to become a full-time, self-employed artist. Lisa has created murals and installations all over the East Coast. 

Lisa stumbled onto street painting during a festival in 2013 and now travels throughout the country participating in chalk/street painting festivals. She loves creating installations for community events, large and small. In recent years Lisa has devoted most of her time to creating public art. She enjoys developing her own projects as well as designing and directing community projects. Lisa believes that art not only belongs in a gallery or museum but that it can and should be enjoyed by everyone.
